Received a package from GoldenGadgets.com and it is DAMAGED or DEAD ON Arrival (DOA)
Delivered by US Postal Service
1. Take a picture of damage package
2. Email to us at support@goldengadgets.com
3. We will evaluate the picture of the damage package and if approved, we will send you a replacement package or issue you a refund.
Delivered by UPS
1. Call 1-800-CALL-UPS (1- 800-742-5877)
2. File a Claim - provide the UPS Agent with your UPS Tracking number and let them know your package was damaged enroute. Ask the UPS Agent for your claim number.
3. UPS will contact us to complete your claim. We will provide UPS with the order information and delivery information.
4. Wait approx. 4-7 business days for UPS to approve the claim. Once approved, we will contact you and ship you a replacement.
