All products sold by GoldenGadgets.com offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - All returns are subject to the following:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, you must email support@goldengadgets.com and once a case is started, your case number will be your RMA number.
  • Fill-in all the fields and most importantly provide your order number and contact information (email or phone) and click submit.
  • The "case id" will be your RMA number. A member of our staff will respond to your RMA request within 2-3 business days.
  • All returns must be be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number. We recommend using US Postal First Class with Delivery Confirmation, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by GoldenGadgets.com.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to GoldenGadgets.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return. From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)

All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:          

  1. Customer agrees to pay first. In order for GoldenGadgets.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
  2. The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
  3. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.

Defective On Arrival (DOA)

For products that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us asap at goldengadget@gmail.com or call us at 626-275-2595. Please have the following information ready:

Order Number, Name On Order, Email on Order

We will identify your order and issue a return label to have the defective items shipped back to us. The return label will be emailed to you through our customer support system (http://support.goldengadgets.com) from GoldenGadget@gmail.com. When you receive the attached return label please print out the label and attach it to the originally packed defective item and give it to your local postman. Once we have received the defective unit, the customer can either:

1. Request for a replacement of the defective product.

2. Request a refund for the defective product.
